As an Operations Assistant, you will provide critical support to the day-to-day operations of SDGx Advisory. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting various teams within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and processing expense reports
  • Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials
  • Assist with project management tasks as needed
  • Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
