As an Operations Assistant, you will provide critical support to the day-to-day operations of SDGx Advisory. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting various teams within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and processing expense reports
- Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials
- Assist with project management tasks as needed
- Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
