As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at SDGx Advisory, you'll be the first point of contact, sparking conversations with potential clients about how we can help them achieve their financial goals while contributing to a sustainable future. You'll play a vital role in driving new business for our purpose-driven company.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for and qualify new leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, social media)
  • Build rapport and identify the needs and challenges of potential clients
  • Educate prospects on how SDGx Advisory's services can address their specific needs and contribute to their sustainability goals
  • Set appointments for sales calls with qualified leads
  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate lead data
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role (a strong academic background can substitute for experience)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent prospecting and lead qualification skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software
